Dear Gents I am trying to locate source of major vibration. It happens at idle and smooths out around 2000rpm. It happens in N, D, 3,2,1 but in R in smoothes out again. Drives fine in all gears. I noticed what I thought was water pump noise a couple weeks back. Now it's quiet. Could a bad quiet...

I believe I made mistake. When you said to test pin 1 for continuity I used pin1 on ECU not the connector. When I check the connector pin 1 I get no continuity to ground. Now what?

No I found it in my 'WorkshoP Manual 1999-2003. I thought that was the same publication as Rave- guess not. Thanks for the picture. More fun to come! Thanks

Ok There is continuity from pin 1 to frame ground. Btwn pin 1 and 2 the ohms off the scale ( I don't know how to read). From pin 1 to 3 it was much less ( like a quarter of the scale) as you can see I'm not electrical savy best I can do is follow instructions - maybe

Oops wrong! There is 5 V When I connect to supply and earth

Put multimeter on supply to sensor (at sensor) and there is no voltage

Put continuity tester on frame and on pin 2 and it says ok. I'm not sure if I should be grounding meter somewhere else?

Ok I put volt meter to both pins- 1 & 4 of 0654 at ecu -and both read 5 V. Also nano reads 5V when plug is disconnected- goes back to .02 when plugged back in. Does mean wire is bad from ECU to sensor?

Well I got it to level half a dozen times in the 'sls calibration' section, then followed instructions to save to ECU, changing different settings in 'settings'. In settings I tried 'ECU calibrated' the yes and no setting, when to 'set target values' section and put in 150. Anyway each time I...

I swapped sensors early on and nothing changed-the right sensor that I knew was working stopped functioning when put on left side. I'm going to try your latest suggestion now.

Ok will try. There isn't a right and left sensor is there? I bought these sensors here in CR so it is quite possible one doesn't work.

Ok did it. Swapped plugs at compressor. Put in 150 for target heights. This time the right side raised. No movement on left side. Tried to isolate left side by only putting in target height for that side-it wouldnt accept-'invalid target values'. No apparent relationship between target values...

I see. Well all that raising and lowering didn't accomplish anything. The left sensor reading does not change with the raising etc. and the nanocom only raise and lower the left side. I could not get it to do anything on the right side where the sensor seems to work. At the moment both sides...
