Got mine off using a big bar from the top through the engine bay. Resting on the top of the drop arm and then hit it with a big hammer 3 hits and it came off, Make sure you put the nut back on lose before you try it though.

Had same problems with my doors, new set of springs solve the problems, Back doors are easy, front doors how ever are a lot more involved Full strip down window out, window frame remove, so I would try lubeing them Up first if I were you.

Yes I agree, I'm not even sure they fitted new bearings judging by the scratching On the one in the pic.

Not sure what they did, but I sent the whole lot back to them today, So they can sort it out, Thanks for your help I will let you know the outcome :):):)
