Spoke with LR it's a one off map update. I asked them to confirm the date of the map and when the next will be released. They couldn't tell me. I think I'll stick to using my phone for maps

It sure is confusing. I guess I'll wait until Monday and call them. I'll post back on here.

Not really as they don't confirm if it's a one time map purchase for £97 or a 12 month subscription and multiple map updates during that period unless I'm missing that part? £97 for 1 update seems excessive but for 12 months could be worth it.
