I just realized i was saying cam .... sorry i did mean the crank sensor,, thanks again, another thing.... if we manage to replace the crank sensor will the management need re tuning as the stroke is different on the gem to the thor?and it being a different management system

This is what i thought but the mechanic said he cant do that as the blocks are different, he has now sent the old engine to scrap man...i am able to get hold off the seating for the cam sensor from the guy we bought the engine off from a thor engine, this means dropping the gearbox and knocking...

Hi can any one tell me if it is possible to put the cam sensor from a thor on a gems, i have had an engine transplant and this is the only thing stopping it from being finished... Thanks
