Just checked, mine is definitely a *4* digit code and it is the R990 radio, which I think is the same as yours, “top of the range” at the time. I have disconnected the battery since and the code in the manual is the correct one!!

+1 ^ it’s the way I did it when I first got mine. I found the radio code scribbled in the handbook and also the EKA code. You can’t change the radio code as you can the EKA.

From the ignition switch, it goes through fuse 23 in the IDM. From there it goes to the engine bay fuse box and is connected to the starter relay. There appear to be no other connections so it should be fairly easy to trace. Good luck.

Worth opening a bleed nipple or 2 to see if there is pressure in the system. About the only thing common to all 4 wheels. Master cylinder seized? Good luck.

That's a difficult one. The fuel pressure from the HP side of the pump to your pressure gauge should all be the same at 4 bar, give or take a smidgen for flow resistance in the pipes. There is a bit of a clue here, that you are measuring about 17mV across the fuse, which, see post #10, should...

If both gauges are showing the same pressure, it would be very unlikely they are faulty in exactly the same way. You have changed the pump and it’s the same. I would say it’s more likely the FPR is faulty, even though it was replaced a month ago. Just my opinion. Cheers.

Yes, you can see it from underneath. I wrapped mine with “spiral wrap”, as an extra covering in that area before it actually damaged the loom.

Before going down the really expensive route, have you changed the injector seals? They are normally associated with poor starting but can cause all sorts of issues. It’s a quick and cheap job.
