    Front stub axle bearings

some have a bush inside, later ones have a needle roller bearings, the later is a bit tricky to fit as the bearing shell is very thin, but doable with abit of care, make sure you get the oil seal round the right way.

    Aux Belt Tensioner Stud

Sorry no pics, a helicoil would most likely be best not to hard to do, but be ready to removed the part first and change P gasket behind, this could cause more problems to be had with some of the bolts/studs rusting into the clearance holes, do some searches on P gasket replacement. the part you...

    Aux Belt Tensioner Stud

Oh OK that end, then yes you are correct the ali spacer needs to removed then, this is where the P gasket is behind, you will have to helicol it or get a replacement.

    Aux Belt Tensioner Stud

I am fairly sure its a stud and should be easy to remove and replace with a new one, just lock another nut on and unwind it, you may need to remove tensioner first to get a good bit of thread.

Mine came loose sometime back but it was the one in the gearbox locating the selector onto the shaft, had to get seatbox out good as in no new gearbox req but took some time

I also had that with a new lead, also had a springer ariel with the coil at base which was lower than roofline could not get SWR out of red changed it to top loaded fibreglass airel and SWR dropped to around 1.5

cant get SWR out of red

inner and outer parts of cable should not be connected so put meter on buzzer setting to check for circuit on cable should not buzz, check the set on channel 1 and 40 see if any different, where is the coil on the ariel is it above the roof line if not can cause this problem as signal bounces...

think you will find they are a straight swap, just check the length of the nose might make prop a bit long/short. But arnt series diffs 4.75 ish and disco 3.54 thats a big up in gearing be OK down hill with a tail wind. 30-40mm taller tyres might be a better bet

300tdi cambelt slides of bottom crankshaft gear

If you have fitted a new inj pump I would look there, its most likely as JM says fitted out of line, there is a correct sequence to doing up the bolts and to the correct torque, I think they even added/modified the bracket on side of pump.

    Broken rear shocks??

If they are new it could be that they have been done up too tight and squashed the bushes taking away their movement. With no shock the axle has no travel limiter so be carefull.
