Is the fuel pipe in the engine bay anywhere it can get to hot get a cheep clear inline fillter near the carb so you can check for fuel easy when it stops carry a spare plug so you can jump out pull a lead to see if you have lost or got a weak spark when it stops, is your coil hot when it stops...
