Any motor factors should be able to supply you with a pattern cat (do you need two?) for less than that I would've thought. However getting trade prices on everything for years has slewed my judgement slightly so I might be talking a load of tosh.

Go to a scrappy and get any contact breaking push switch, from a car door, bonnet or tailgate and wire your lights into that so they come on when you open the bonnet. OK I'd say there's definitely summat wrong with your rims then, have they got big gaps that let crap in that damages the tube? Did you get all new valves fitted with the tyres if youve got tubeless ones?

Has it got hydraulic tappets? Don't know much bout this engine but sounds like you've altered the valve clearances or timing slightly.

You sure it's all just stereo wiring? If it is I'd be inclined to rip the lot out it's all just a mess of bodged connectors anyway. For your headunit you'll need a switched (ignition) live, battery live, earth, aerial and your + and - speaker wires. Everything else you can get rid of unless...

255/85s? If they're BFG muds I might be interested :)

That's a little on the wide side for me thanks, I want something that will fit with no alterations to the body or too much faffing with the lock stops. 255/85 seemed to give me the right size as well as a bit of height for ground clearance and the all important cosmetic side of things. However...

I'll be looking at getting Insa Dakar muds when I get my 90, similar tread pattern to the BFG but a lot cheaper, don't have the range of sizes though as really I was after a 255/85 for the height but it seems only Bf Goodrich do this size and none of the cheaper makes :(

That's a far too sensible answer, sounds like it might actually work :confused: Other than cleaning and drying out your seals then making sure they're lubricated properly along with your hinges I can't think of owt else. Hope ya get it sorted matey :)

Yeah I had that problem with my last missus too. Try some water based lubricant (don't use solvent based lubes on rubber!) to help ease it in and you should be alright :D
