Right ok, dont really want it melting haha, so there is no way of having a switch connected to an isolator? Or maybe a relay of some sort?

I want to put a battery isolator into my defender, but not just a normal one, i want to be able to control it with either a key or switch on the dash board? is it possible with anything such as relays? IF you have any ideas it would be great! Cheers lads and lasses.

as i said trax, mine only has one adjustment peg, so that cant be the problem but thanks anyway, tottot they seem fairly free to move and will retract all the way back so shouldnt be a problm..
