I used 1/4BSP pipes originally from cut pipes to block, gave errors. Fitted 3/8 BSP for the two supplies now OK Rams always been 1/4 and OK

I have been running hydraulic hoses about 6 years.

OK, so noises from the system can be, Duff damper causing a sort of pump hammer. Pipes rattling. On mine I can hear something a bit like a groan when cornering hard, but no scraping.

Stainless will crack, hence using hydraulic hose.

How is the aircon compressor?

It is a vibration? Or a sort of hum? Could be pipes vibrating Missing damper in new pipe Just pump noise Mine makes a very low noise on hard cornering Hose converted

They are fine connected, you do not need to disconnect, as that is sort of what ACE does, but hydraulically.

They will run with failed HP pump.

I have been in quite a few other cars recently and the D2 is no worse and can be better, Those small Peugeot taxis, crashy. D2 rides quite well, but a lot of newer cars are a lot harsher

Going to just get one as eating into the chassis fund.

Can you afford replacement engines?

Ordered 2 repair kits with metal spouts. One of mine was glued together. Ordered head lining too

All of mine are sh but starting to play up. May as well fix properly
