Does the Series temp gauge need a different sensor in the engine? I know if you put a disco 200tdi in place of a 2.5n/a the gauge reads very hot unless you swap out the sensor.

Why have you got a lift pump and a manual fuel pump? Are the fuel connections on the right way?

My airbox is from a 1993 200tdi Disco. The angled bit on the front of the airbox is standard Disco.
