    Fold the backs of the seats flat, 2 wooden supports going across the width, and then 2 peices of board. The flat boards could be cut into 4 smaller peices to store away neater, but made this in a rush for a trip to wales.

    Check youve got a good earth to your body and gearbox, try using jump cables from your neg battery to a earth on the body, this turned out to be my problem..

    You can also clamp the 4 brake lines with the special tool ( or mole grips with something to protect the lines with ) this can help you pin point the problem, ie clamp all 4 lines if your pedals hard, this points to the master cylinder...

    Keep searching on here, im sure i remember reading someone advising a series owner to hold the cylinders closed while bleeding, and also explain why this needed to be done... Ive also had to do this on subaru clutch slaves to get them working..

    Heres my attempt that i quickly made for a trip wales we did for some laning. 2 fence posts going across the tub to support the ply. Second row seats backs folded down, 2 sheets of cut ply across the top...simple and was surprisingly comfortable! Click on the pics for a larger view.

    Thought id update this thread and show my setup, been running now for 1000 miles now on various mixes and i am very impressed with the savings! I carnt really see any disadvantages to running wmo, other than it doesnt feel quite as pokey as it does on 100 diesel. Something i can live with...
