    Sorry my fault its not flush as such I meant not protruding its causing a prob with exhaust manifold letting air in to lambdas so need to get it fixed I am working in Evesham so will have to have a trawl through tinternet. I did look at getting a nut on it but not pos well not for me :(

    187k v8 third engine first expired at 115k second at 160 had two lots of head gaskets so junked it and bought another to be honest its a bit like triggers broom but regularly does 2k round trip to europe at 90 +mph oh and on lpg for last 105k

    You can buy an 09 for 20 k so assume he paid 60 ish and now will pay 70ish for a new one (low spec) its going to cost him 50grand which is about right they lose about a grand a month up to 4 yrs old then it levels - got the tshirt for that one on an xjr not quite the same but not far off so...

    Uneven running

    4.6 running rough on petrol but ok on gas have reset adaptions and o2 sensors appear to be working running between 0.9 to 0.01 maf is showing when up to temp 23/24 kgs also no faults showing having said that gems doesnt give out that much info so I am thinking either o2 not switching fast enough...

    I use mine daily often 200 miles round trip 4.6 on lpg never lets me down now done 170k mind you on third engine and two rebuilds but then I do hammer it
