Thanks for the replies, had a couple of push rods bent and one of the rockers has snapped, so ive replaced all the push rods and the broken rocker. Bought a full kit of seals and pulleys, ive aligned all the markers and the keys, but i think ive seen somewhere where there are 2 lines on the...

it was more of a roll down the hill and panic sort of moment...

ive just taken the door card off and its as rotten as an old pear - so its going to have to be replaced i think

Yesterday my son took my 90 for a drive round he paddock, he ended up reversing into a gate post. from what i see i can either replace the door - so if anyone has recommendations for where to buy - or i bash it out?

Every bolt on the sill was rusted out, i did my best to remove it, but the end bolts weren't shifting, in the end there was enough flex in the sill after i took out the top bolts to get the tank out, ill try and get the sill out before i put the new tank in. Also round alot of rust that'll need...

I have removed all the bolts, front bracket and rear, taken the pipes from the filler, removed all the upper fuel lines etc and i still cant wriggle the thing out - any tips you can share before i smash it wimme bih hamma

my 90 has just failed its MOT on a leak around the fuel tank, does anyone have a good condition tank that they want to sell? its a 1994 90 300TDI im in cambridgeshire so local would be good, but happy to arrange transport too. thanks all

I thought it'd be a tall order, the outer skin on mine is ok, but needs metal replacing, lock and latch mechanism fixing, window winder sorting and a new door card, so I thought I'd have a go at getting replacement.. oh well

Mine has finally given up, looking for complete door, with not too much rust, in red if possible
