Mine has finally given up, looking for complete door, with not too much rust, in red if possible

If you are searching for one, 110 van, pickup, station wagon , all defenders up to puma have the same front doors except early 90/110 which have lift up handles but even they fit in the hole.
Puma fit too but are all steel and your glass etc won't fit.

Tall ask that. Even the best 2nd hand doors are riddled with rust with the best ones fetching well over £100. You are narrowing your search further by hoping to get a similar colour too - good luck though.

I thought it'd be a tall order, the outer skin on mine is ok, but needs metal replacing, lock and latch mechanism fixing, window winder sorting and a new door card, so I thought I'd have a go at getting replacement.. oh well

The lock and latch are cheap components which are easily fixed - do you have a picture of the doors? I have got spare door cards, mechanisms, winders etc. Buy a reasonable door of Fleabay, rub it down, prime and spray. Then cut back with a paste. You'll enjoy the experience and the money you spend or save will improve your repair skills.
