My Defender 110, 200tdi glow plug heater relay is malfunctioning. Can some one please give me the part number for the relay & also the part number for the reverse switch on the Transfer box/ gear box. Its a Def 200tdi with a LT77 & LT280.

Will do after its complete. Will now have to remove the whole RAD/IC assembly and then cut off the mounts by 30mm and then re-assemble it. Hope it works then. Started the 200tdi and even without the exhaust, its purrs like a petrol engine. Cant wait to get my hands on my Landy and use the...

Guys, am doing a engine swap on my 1990 Defender 110 which had a 2.5na and now I have fitted a defender 200tdi with its original radiator and intercooler. However I after fitting the rad/IC the whole assembly seems very high and I cannot close the bonnet. Is this correct height? Or...

Mine does not have a vent on the left side wing as my landy was a 1990 2.5na and I changed the engine to a def 200tdi. I have the elbow ESR228 connected to the air cleaner box.Can I just leave it open with the elbow with out the hose?

No its a RHD. Can I use the air cleaner without the inlet hose? Does this by any chance get connected to the heater box?

Guys does anyone have a picture of the Hose Intake to Air Cleaner (part number ESR184 RHD) picture. Somehow when I got a def 200tdi, this hose is missing. Is it ok if I can just use the air cleaner with out this hose? The Landy is a Def 110 with a def 200tdi engine.

Guys, Has anyone have a CAD diagram for the rock sliders for a 110? & also all the CAD diagrams for all the checker plates that are needed on a 110? Would appreciate it if some can email them to me. Here in India I can get them made really cheap, provided I have the CAD diagrams.

Get yourself a basic Twisted performance Force four package which has a performance air filter, silicon pipes, stainless steel pipes and a paper on how to tweak the fuel pump to get an increase of 15 bhp. Also do clean out the intercooler.
