Hi again. Got rained off from a few jobs i was doing and was able to play with the discovery a bit more. Investigated with Hawkeye. I am a novice but have been googling and picking some things up. Perhaps a little knowledge can be dangerous but perhaps thats a discussion for another day...

Over the last couple of years have restored my 2A. In 95 someone replaced the bulkhead and wings with series 3. I adapted the bulkhead. Grafted on the dash from a series 2. Adapted the windscreen hinges etc. It can be done.

Series 3 bulkhead in process of being adapted to take series 2 dash.

Its difficult to know how far to go and to keep within my skill base. Wish i had regalvanised the cappings andnot used galvanised spray but at the time i thought it was the right decision.
