Yes, the battery was out of the car. It was done by a professional welder/mechanic. Where/how can I check for fuel pressure. I know how to do basic stuff. Plus I'm on a driveway I've got no cover or garage. It was running perfectly last week.

Problem is that when stationary the needle only sits at 7mph instead of 0mph as its lowest point. Therefore my indicated speed is approximately 7mph faster...
