Can you remove it from it's mounting leaving it connected, there might be a label or some numbers etc on the back which, might give you a clue as to what it is?

I had a tracker on my ML, if the subscription is not paid it will be inactive, I wouldn't worry about it.

No dipstick? bugger that, you know where you are with a dipstick, sensors can fail and give false reading.

Was a retractable tow bar an option on the L322? maybe you can get one retro-fitted.

I thought it was done through the dipstick tube, I prefer to drain it personally.

It's so when the tailgate is closed there is 5mm more of the seal to compress, creating a watertight seal, that's the theory, it worked on mine, iirc it's an area either side of where the upper tailgate meets the lower one, it's in RAVE.

I get my oil from Amazon, same spec for my Focus, Comma XTC 5w-30, I think it was £30 last time.

When I had mine I locked it at motorway height, when I fancied a B road blast, on Hurricanes with GG AT2s, 60ish no problem.:)

Why 5? you need to remove the cap to store the spare.

I would change the oil and filter more often than every 15k, more like every 5k.

Maybe it was someone else, it was a few years ago.

I remember a post of yours some time ago when, you did the timing chain on your CLK (I think it was) with a photo unless, it was a photo of it in a dismantled state with, the person doing the job out of shot.:rolleyes:
