can I use a rear door spare wheel carrier on my bonnet??

About right, I can do the work ok but I don’t have the time for modding parts too much - unless it’s going to save me a lot of money! I will be fitting the bonnet mount myself though when it arrives. Think I need a different bonnet hold opener stick as well, mine has a folding one

can I use a rear door spare wheel carrier on my bonnet??

Despite my Landy looking like someone has jumped all over the bonnet, I have ordered the correct bonnet mounting kit from blanchards - was less than £200 delivered so not too bad, I probably could bodge a door mount on some how by the sounds of it, but the time I would waste getting it right and...

can I use a rear door spare wheel carrier on my bonnet??

apparently this will not fit my 90 according to the guy I spoke to at "bearmach" - its a pick up cab with a drop down back door, but may have been a van originally as it has holes for the side door hinges. I would go for the back swing carrier if it would fit on easy

    I think its a "ringer"

At the end of the day you did your due diligence and the vehicle checks out, as many have said from the original Landrover from 1991 there may not be much left that’s original as it would have rusted away by now so get the soft top on and your away ! Much cooler than a bug anyway they are even...

Bluetooth speaker in landy - anyone doing this?

I think it will be the same in mine it’s really loud! I would be gutted to fit a stereo and not be able to hear it

Bluetooth speaker in landy - anyone doing this?

It would just plug into the cigarette socket via a USB to charge up and then chuck it in the dashboard storage. That would take literally one minute. And also it would need a decent stereo/speakers as it’s ridiculously noisy when going any faster than walking pace on a flat surface.
