Hi All Do the bearings in new idlers 'bed in' at all? I've put some new ones on and as the video shows they've got a load of side to side movement in them - I made sure to install them exactly as the old ones came off. I can feel that the play is in the bearing as the inner race moves...

A very good point, I hadn't considered that - I'm running the stock 'manual' intercooler but plan is to upgrade to one of those Serck ones in the future, it sounds like I'll just need the manual compatable one either way Cheers for setting me straight
