    Unfortunately not - Kermit kindly used his one on my P38 last time. But i think i may as well charge the battery up and check the voltage across the battery with engine running.

    i went to charge the battery a few weeks ago when they 1st came on but it was 100% charged according to my tester

    here we go again - abs & tc lights on - scan at local garage came up with:- front right sensor short to another sensor front left sensor output too low front left sensor short to another sensor Any suggestions other than burn it or sell it ?

    could always be a cracked head ? You aren't going to know until you strip it and get the head pressure tested

    Worst case scenario crack in cylinder wall behind liner into water jacket. Pressure test the block. Sometimes with the liners fitted pressure test will be ok and crack will only show when liners removed. I personally don't know if the liners are an interference fit and have to be pressed in - if...

    That battery is a monster . I had a Numax cxv35mf in mine a few years ago but that packed up eventually.

    yep - they bond fighter aircraft panels together these days and I don't think a P38 can do Mach 2 or pull 7g.

    13th Feb update - abs and traction control lights back on since osf sensor replaced 27th Jan :mad: Diagnosis time again - maybe the nearside sensor/reluctor ring have given up the ghost this time. Well naffed off.
