    Re-sealing my roof gutter

Wish I had a garage so I could do this. Hope it works.

Rat, crook lock, removable steering wheel, pedal block, car alarm, immobiliser, tracker, a big chain, battery cut off with removable key, fuel cut off, remove all fuses, remove battery, detach the electrical connection to the starter. The list goes on, anything can immobilise the truck, but make...

    Sad day

Right, so, I've had my results back, and my left knee is fine, I just need physio. So I'm keeping the Ninety. Yay. Still gonna swap the clutch pedal for a 300tdi one, fit an assist spring and a Redbooster clutch servo. But phew, bullet dodged.

    Sad day

I don't do a lot of off roading, but I do need it to go through floods and snow. So i would want to go as tall as possible. I can't justify the insurance or fuel costs of a V8.

Right, so selling the 90 and buying a Disco 2 auto. So I have some questions. 1, I live in South Yorkshire and as we all know the Don and Dearne flood every time theres a light drizzle. So I want to be able to drive through those floods, just like I did in my Defender. So, assuming I fit 18...

    Sad day

Yeah I've haunted enough posts to.have a fair idea what to look out for. I'm sure it will grow on me, once I've turned it into a proper all terrain toy. And I'm sure I can get used to being comfortable when driving long distances.

The carpet will stick nicely to the closed cell form with the foil. Just make sure you use the high temperature spray glue.

A lot of people go for foam roll mat. But I'm a fan of 5mm closed cell foam. If you cover that with accoustic carpet, it does the job lovely, and looks good. Ebay can provide everything.

Sadly, I am not a mechanic, I can throw a spanner around and bolt large stuff on, but when it comes to mechanicals, I have to leave that to mechanics.
