Fitted new fuel cap cover plastic clip thingy. My first job on my new Disco.

I'm not into looking like I'm about to go on safari. Just want some nice, good quality tires, that won't embarrass me crossing a grass carpark.

Would a 265 60 r18 be ok, or is that too much?

I had them on my Defender, awesome tires. I'm not sure if they do my size. I'll have to look.

My D2 is currently fitted with 255 55 R18 SUV tires, some ****ty brand I've never heard of. So I want a chunkier, fill the arches better, more capable A/T tire, that won't mess up my speedo/tacho/Odo. Let the opinions commence. Paul

The issue is that I have the Haman Kardon system, so that restricts my options somewhat, from what I understand.

I'll pull it out and have a look. I know there are systems that you can plug into the CD changer, I just don't know which ones will work.

The Disco I'm buying today has the larger CD changer cassette deck. I'll measure it when I get home and try and see what I can do about a new head unit.

Is that the size of the cassette deck, coz I know that bigger than a standard single din.

What are the dimensions of the head unit space in the D2?

3mm closed cell foam off ebay. Then the normal rubber Matts. Or if you have a spare £450, get the Wright off road rubber matting system.
