Evening All,
Can anyone recommend a sound proofing insulation and mass loaded vinyl that I can use in my defender to quieten the cabin?
Any advice/tips would be great!

3mm closed cell foam off ebay. Then the normal rubber Matts. Or if you have a spare £450, get the Wright off road rubber matting system.
