    I agree breaking is always unwanted but not always possible... I didn’t break anything during the repair... But that can’t be said for the previous owner ...as the heater radio cover was already broken in two ..., I managed to get it back in And it doesn’t look half bad... Eye of the beholder...

    Today finished up putting the dash back together after replacing the heater assembly. It was a lot easier to take it apart than putting it back together...

    Today I took the dash apart and pulled the heater assembly....on the 92... I already have a replacement... couldn’t remember where I had stashed it.. but eventually found it ... tomorrow I will install an reassemble the dash...,

    Yes I suppose I could have drilled it out... But my solution at that time was to dremel It into a flat head... I had gotten another hatch at the junk yard that was in much better shape... and at the junk yard this hatch unscrewed very easily From the hinges... it wasn’t till I was installing...
