You can bench test as above but it won’t show a loaded test if your taking it off to test may as well bang a new one on worst case you have a good spare

Continuity test all wires end to end from throttle potentiometer, should be o ohms resistance or close to not looked at wiring diagram but if there an earth also check that I’m sure somewhere ther will be a pin out test for the potentiometer to check resistance readings too

Rolling road/live map is best yes or do what I did and post your ecu to empire and get them To put ther stage 1 on your ecu, had it on my 110 great upgrade

the thread and collar for the oil filter are loose it wiggles left and right about 1mm each way is this normal or is ther a way to tighten it, the filter I removed was extremely tight, disco 200tdi I have tried to undo and tighten but with no luck cheers
