I should say I have tested the pressure from the pump and the air dryer and they are both strong.

I have new air bags, reconditioned pump and valve block, and a set of emergency valves. With the EAS module disconnected it stays up. When I connect the EAS module it immediately opens the valves in a series of sharp exhaust whistles - more like farts actually - and drops it to its stops. Should...

Good news. Both hazards and indicators are actually working, it is just the audible ‘tick’ that has disappeared.

Cheers. EAS currently not working. Relying on a manual bypass system. However, yes, the kit comes with new bump stops for just that eventuality, however, I am far from convinced they are sufficient as when i reconnected the eas module recently it dropped to the bump stops but the tyres fouled...

Ah. Coils. that will make a big difference. Mine grate the liners at about 20 to 30 deg, when the diagonal between the inside front edge and outer rear edge create the maximum diameter and snag the liner. At full lock they are ok.
