Build date and time of P38's

Hi Guys and Girls, Just wondering if anybody knows of a website that where when you enter your VIN number it will come up with the date and time your beloved came off the line with it's build specs as I know there is one for my Rover 75? It has a bit of good info on it. Just wondering.

    P38 Rear Bumper

When I took my P38 to Russia I had a body shop remove the front and rear bumpers and had a steel scaffolding pipe cut and shaped and replaced the bumpers over them. Plus I have an agricultural towing hitch on the back. That has saved me on a few times as Russians cant drive for S"£t had 3 up my...

    P38A coolant system failure point

Sorry couldn't add text before, This was how mine looked a few years ago. luckily i was just random checking before a drive so very closely avoided disaster on the crap Russian roads. The replacement from LR was the one with plastic.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

That's always the way, you have something on the shelf and you think that will come in handy one day. Years later you throw it out to make room for the next thing you will never need but will come in handy and yes Murphy's law the next day you need it.:(

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Don't want to rain on your parade but (isn't there always)Those V12's did have a nasty habit of randomly shutting down 6 of the cylinders when all was running good .It was an issue with the brain in the black box in the boot. Good old Lucas.

What did you do with your Range Rover today

Thats not really that off road and just like some normal roads when I use mine in Russia except its usually wet and muddy but enough said. The P38 4.6 is a beast. nice to see it being used for what it was designed for.

    P38A 2000 X reg 4.6 and oils with zinc

I also have an x Reg 4,6 and I am bound to get others questioning my reason. My beast is parked up for 8 to 9 months a year due to working away a lot and does minimal miles in the few months on the road. However I change the oil and filter each year before start up and fill it with Castrol GTX...
