Well the work lead is usually longer than the ground lead, no need form them to be equal length

Cheap for soft material, wood, plastic, LR aluminum body panels etc Buy the the expensive 1's for hard material such as auto chassis, structural shaped iron, etc

Make sure you get the right 1's. some carbide are for non ferrous metals, wood, and plastic counter stuff. any with this cutting pattern are nice. This pattern of teeth are for non ferrous metals/wood
