Freelander 1 Passenger's side door window motor gets only 10V, won't move - SOLVED

From the switch, which I now know is the controller, one motor is Orange/Red and Orange/blue the other motor is Blue and Red Check resistance of cable from switch plug to motor plug. The wiring diagram I was looking at was for a 2001 model. But only shows front windows so do confirm the...

Freelander 1 Passenger's side door window motor gets only 10V, won't move - SOLVED

Switch should be good as it gives some voltage. You'd need to check what voltage comes from control module, unsure of location may be different in 2 or 4 door models. Is the 10v with motor connected? Or could be bad joint in cable to controller. Wiring diagram is available, search on here for...

    Need help in scotland

I would imagine the brakes are quite easy to work on and nothing a decent garage couldn't cope with, especially in rural areas where lr's are more common. Could even try looking for a mobile mechanic?

put the tie wrap around the other way so it can't fall off, check the travel of the pedal that it moves ok. The proper clip I've seen is called a spider clip and is made of metal of metal I think and can fall off.

Two holes in bumper will allow decent socket to reach bolts. Clean threads and copperslip when rr fitting.

    Freelander 1 Better Brakes

Irrespective of auto adjuster, are the drums adjusted. I adjust till they bind then back a bit. Mine felt sharper after the mot, so maybe a bit of harsh use may ease things up.

    Freelander 1 Rear cam

If easier then poke the cable under the side trim, push further under with plastic card (don't break your only bank card), rear side to side trim, as mentioned, is useful to remove though. i mounted my camera below the bumper but would like it higher for parking, looking down at the bumper.

    sump guard screws and bolts

I'd run a tap through the threads first, makes it easier to remove next time.

    Freelander 1 TD4 MOT Passed

Proving it's wired in without removal of panels is impossible.

    Freelander 1 Re-plumbing the st'd PRT installation

How bad is the heater, I'd look at heater matrix being blocked first, but the heater should be nice and hot. Flushing can push gunk into the matrix wgich may or maynot be able to be flushed out. What sort of lower temps do you get? Then any modification to help.

    Freelander 1 TD4 MOT Passed

Another year on the books, great when they pass! Most brake rollers run in opposite directions, which means little or no movement on the propshaft or vcu. Can be demonstrated by jacking up rear wheels and turning, the opposite wheel rotates the other way.

    Freelander 1 Td4 engine replacement

Grey smoke is unburnt diesel. Turbo normally black smoke. Could be injector issue, over fuelling or timing issue.

    Rear Seats YES or NO

Although found this on gov site, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/mot-inspection-manual-for-private-passenger-and-light-commercial-vehicles/7-other-equipment You do not need to inspect: a belt fitted with no corresponding seat a buckle or stalk with no corresponding belt proving internet...

    Rear Seats YES or NO

Seen something similar, I thought the official line was if there are working seatbelts then it should fail without seats. The given theory was someone could sit there with belt on and no seat.

    Freelander 2 vacuum pipe

In the first pic there is a place where it could clip to, maybe a vent for a vacuum pump, high up so it doesn't fill with water when wading through streams.
