300tdi, changed the heater box seal on mine, and heater matrix,put a inline fan in the duct to give it abit more power, heated seat helps alot. My commute is 12 miles and I have to turn the heater off because it gets too warm half way through. If its really cold I just turn the diesel heater on...

Put a 5kw in a 280ish sqft shed, it is completly insulated but still surprised how quick it heats the whole thing up.

Just some ebay fuse holders and I cut and crimped on connectors one at a time copying the old fuse box.

Having a look through all the videos now :) It was only a few years ago I had it done so looks like they decided they couldn't be bothered to replace it all,charged for it though! There seems to also be a 13mm headed bolt where I'm seeing should be a Allen key bolt on the tensioner.o_O

OK so belt in bits, When I had it done I told them to do everything while in there shouldn't the bottom pulley have a lip if it was replaced?? Tbh I don't really know what I'm doing from now so I'll have to have a look at a guide ..

Yeah pulling off the cover now, Crank bolts come off nice and easy, just need to go grab a puller for the pulley. Through the wading hole I can see bits of oily shredded belt.

How do I check if the timing belts snapped? Had it done 15kish miles ago, only job I havnt done myself.
