    well with the battery disconnected the suspension on the p38 has stayed up all week so im getting somewere with it, alas the passenger window refuses to go up now

    i have fitted an external connector to the 2 charging connectors with an in line fuse so i can just plug a charger in when its parked up for a time

    i was thinking along the lines of it not being recovery on motorway, remember a good few years ago of the banger guys using a frames to take their cars to meets until there was a big purge by police

    has been rebuilt in the past, but that was going to be the next to be looked at now at least it comes off its bump stops

    its a landrover it has auto oil change , pour it in the top and it comes out the bottom

    its an auto just leave it in park ( so when park fails it rolls down the hill)

    as i understand it when you spin a wheel on a l322 the brakes are applied to that wheel so power is directed to the other 3 wheels

    i thought the transfer box was just to select high and low and the ecu just applied the brakes to a spinning wheel when off road?
