Used hammerite underseal with waxoyl for the chassis, and buzzweld CIO for the sub frames, prop, tie bars, suspension arms etc. And halfords VHT Matt black for the exhaust. :) Hammerite is OK for sub frame etc, not sure about white though lol.....but like your thinking haha. :D

Not a chance lol.....hated every second of doing that, got under the arch liners to do yet. Going to paint those. :)

Well that the full underside re-undersealed, sub frame, prop etc all painted in satin black chassis paint. And back box painted Matt black with vht paint. :) Prep was fun, 3 dust pans full lol. And all done. Should be good for a few years. :)

I'll get clear and treated, maybe drill some drainage holes. :)

Just doing the underside tomorrow, then I'm going to order some paint. Remove arch liners and re-paint under them. :)

Got the two bits by the doors treated and painted, to stop them rusting out. Before After, not perfect but only wanted it protected. Still nice and Shiney too. :D Will be tackling the underside tomorrow.

I brought genuine Land Rover front diff mount (as that takes the most stress) and britpart for the sides. :) Well rain is stopping play at the moment, will have to do the underside tomorrow. Make sure it's dry. May do the stone chips later if it drys up. But need a full day on the underside.

My next job is corrosion proofing, first up I'm going to attack the underside. Then when it's warmer the inner wings (first I'll have to get the arch liners out). After that I'll be sorting the scuffed rear bumper and a few other bits. Going to get messy lol. :D

Cool, nice soft top.....yeah, it's a right pain cutting the end off the rubber nipple. Tape the cable to a piece of wire and poke it through. :)

Just read through a few times, and take your time. As Nodge says, it's fairly straight forward. Just make sure you've got all the tools before you start. And the cutting templates. :)

No it doesn't, 3 door parcel shelf is a hard shelf. And very rare, and the brackets are even rarer.

When they are allowed to cook properly, spot on when on operational tour. But when back in the UK, the cook houses had civvy contractors. Might be different now lol :D
