Oops been asleep. Yeah it's for four. They're accurately cut so no flopping around. You still have approx half of the spigot poking through.

Don't know yet. It won't be on the road for a few weeks still. A friend has the km2 and they're surprisingly quiet. Hoping as these are a copy. They'll be similar. Maybe???

I'm with GG on this. Fitting a switch as has been done is a tried and tested method of ruling out a huge part of the circuit. It's not high tech but it works. So if it starts fine from said switch the problem is before said switch! It's not complicated. DD
