    New bonnet lettering I was going to go for the debadged look but couldn't get all the old glue of no matter what I did so new gloss black lettering it is. As a daily driver it's all good once you get them sorted.

    No idea but a mate was just charged over £500 for changing a water pump genuin pump mined £153.27 for parts rest was labour think it takes me an hour or 2 for a water pump. If your gonna pay someone for a head gasket expect 1500 to 2000 minimum and that's if nothing else breaks while they do it

    A/C dye is fine for what you want they put oil in the a/c to lubricate the ac pump and seals.

    They are the blower motor circuit relays which usually burn out on yhe circuit board I suspect he keeps swopping fuse boxes instead of fixing the board. Pretty much all these fuse boxes by this age will have dry joints and burn outs on them which is why it's better to repair than replace...

    But involving the insurance company could result in it being written off as a loss and or raised premiums as happened to my wife when her car was hit, the driver dint drive off as his car was completky wrecked driving into the rear of a parked D3.
