Hi I’ve up to now changed 5 fuse boxes because of relay 6 and relay 7 and I heard that they could be located outside the fuse box and I’m looking to completely remove them from the fuse boxes and connect 2 relays to the wiring. Did anyone do it ? I got relay 6 and 7 drawing but I don’t understand it
I will appreciate some help

What do the relays control? ( dont know what model you have)

They are the blower motor circuit relays which usually burn out on yhe circuit board I suspect he keeps swopping fuse boxes instead of fixing the board.
Pretty much all these fuse boxes by this age will have dry joints and burn outs on them which is why it's better to repair than replace.

Sadly I'm not doing repairs to them any more to much going on etc etc.

I suspect the problem is the connector contacts for the relays are slack so they heat up. Fixing the problem is better than a bodge.

No one in my country repairs them

Here you go

fuse box strip down and repair

So bit of back ground on faults first. When I got the RR the blowers didn't exactly blow just a little breeze bit of research led me to relay 7 in the fuse box it did have a badly burnt pin and the fuse holder was a little melted. New relays problem solved but new I would have to tackle the...

Nip up the the female part of the connector contacts and the problem will go away.

And after sorting the socket, consider using a higher capacity relay that will have heavy duty contact inside.

All the wiring info you need for a bodge is in RAVE. Personally if it’s damaged 5 fuse boxes I would check why they are getting burnt and sort that first.
