Bolt on bits has plenty of ideas & switches. Can be a pain to search the site for ideas but I buy loads when I shop from them. Best bit about them pods your right by the dash so easy to hide electrics/relays etc

Give it a good run out. It will have a lot of damp/crap in it. They clear out after a few hot miles when everything is up to temperature Gun mount behind seat. Safest place as less stuff to damage it. Can be a pain but a lot safer

Early v8 had a facet type pump by the tank that pulled from tank. Go to a LR site as these are cheaper than a facet. (Max 6psi) Of course that’s as long as the 3.9 is in carbs.. If not you need a higher pressure pump (bullet type of a Ford) & regulator to get correct pressure

Thought… Can you drill from the top from small to large drill downward until you break the weld on that washer? Replace them with threaded rod. No need to remove or raise roof.

As they are water trap areas make sure you have a supply of the fixings incase you have to replace
