you can just join the pipes from the sedimenter. These normally leak(let air in)on the top. I would change the leak off pipes before doing the above. It’s an easy job

Little pipe on the carb is for the vacuum to the dizzy. As for the rest…. I have blanked mine off Thought 1 pipe went to the oil cap ? (T piece)

Have you just replaced the headlights for LEDs? It’s built into the wiring loom for the fog light relay. Easiest way turn on your high beam & fog light & see if they work.

On the early glass fused motors you can’t have the fog lights & high beam on at the same time. This may be 1 of the other relays.

Well that grey looking 1 is the started relay. The 1 with the white/red cable to it Unsure what that ray in the dash is now The relays just slide off. Have you found an indicator relay? Look on the stalk for the colours you are looking for. Think there are 2 plugs

That looks like a starter relay. Green I think are the heater control. Make sure then purple wires are covered as they are live

Take a few photos of the engine bay.need to see coil Distributor So I can have a look through the spares shed for some parts

Look on the back of the ignition barrel there may be a live pin there. Just make sure you fuse it where you can get to it easy. You can also go off the starter motor

put relay in engine bay(drivers side, bulkhead by brake servo.black grommets to get cable be hind dash) It’s easier to get to if there is a problem. Main feed can be fed back to the battery for the relay power Wire the lights bar to relay with a switch to turn on/off. Take a feed from main...
