Guy, Go to PSI motorsport : Turbo Diesel Tuning. Actually this company has stopped supplying it very recently - supply now with Britpart. It does make a difference. Just noticed you appear to have petrol engine, no good for you.

Will look at HEVAC plug tomorow after first trying the very easy things - turning ignition on and off very quickly a few times which seems to work by clearing the fault for some - and also clicking temp from low to high and back a few times see if that will clear anything. Will report later...
