Hi all a quick update think problem solved, i sorted the injector with new copper washer and changer the spill pipes. Before i did this i was getting air bubbles in the clear pipe from fuel filter to injectore now i checked for last 2 days in the morning after being stood all night no bubbles...

how did you fix it? im thinking about getting it plugged in to see if any fault codes show up, hopefully they will and it will make fixing easier.

it looks as if its bubbling up from the bottom of injector well. its a black fluid not clean fuel. also it does it as soon a started so the engine is still cold

would this cause it to bubble at bottom of injector when running. the pipes are dry

it sounds like the hight sensor is sticking may be worth while checking. just cos its new it dosent have to be working propperly, talking from experience.

Thanks for response he has noticed a noise from the alternator which is still under waranty so he is replacing it this afternoon so i will let you know the out come.

Hello me again sorry to report the idea didnt work he unpluged the connector under the washer bottle and cleaned all conectors then re fited to hear the same warning on starting the vehicle. It was as good try thanks Russ.

Thanks for response he changed the alternator because the bearings where noisy but it was still charging, but i will get him to check the connector under the coolant bottle and let you know thanks again.
