Just had the Defender 90 fired up in low range to move it to a more "accessible" position, and it didn't sound too happy!. Got my fingers crossed, but could have a valve or bottom end issue as well!. Have a lead on a turbo, but in case I need to, anyone know of any reasonably priced Defender...

Completed my rebuild on the 130's brakes today. New calipers, disks, pads, retention kits, bearings, brake lines and axle seals. And as to be expected, complete fluid flush out and replaced. Now it's ready for MOT again, I can spend tomorrow working on the other halfs Tdi 90!.

We have a rotten in all the usual places 200 tdi disco 3dr with good 200k miles engine and mechanicals. Also an accident damaged (on VIC) 200tdi classic with no mechanicals. original plan was to rebuild the classic, as I have most if not all parts to repair the damage (front corner only)...

All sorted now. I have fitted the new Zeus studs, and a set of new standard steel wheel nuts from a landy. So my trailer now has White wolf rims fitted. not the best ones I have, but the only spare pair with decent tyres on at the mo.

Studs are as per landy fitment. and purchased as described, so not an issue there. Once cleaned, threads on both the original and new studs looked identicle, as did the threads in the nuts when compared to the standard landy wheel nut for steel wheels. I have just fitted them with standard...

The reason I asked, is because they do go on for the first 3 threads, then "stiffen up".
