Not bothered about tackling the job it’s the removal itself of...

    Disco 2 Clutch slip..

I know it won’t,I meant if there’s air in the system causing things to not move properly. Il be doing it on the floor myself, done plenty on a ramp so will be an interesting experience on my back haha

How do I re-instate the ACE system if it's been disabled?

Yeah, the pipes are stupid money, most get the block machined to accept hydraulic hose fittings from a hydraulics shop instead of paying hundreds just for half the pipes from Land Rover. It is well worth having ACE in my opinion,my last td5 didn’t have it but this current one does and it’s much...

Disco 2 B post body mount rust

Yeah it looks a total ball ache lol Yeah I could measure it and probably make it myself if I put my mind to it but some things aren’t worth messing about for when you weight up time vs price! I think my spot weld drill bit will be busy! Thanks for the replies

Disco 2 B post body mount rust

My o/s b post body mount is rusting due to the mud flap being missing completely.I summise it has been missing a while as the mud flap bracket has almost rotted away.I plan on repairing this at some point in the near future, possibly in the spring when it’s a bit warmer. Disco 2 Oil Pump Bolt Poll

Did it on my last 99 10p- was tight enough not to come loose but not exactly tight, and on my latest 2001 15p-that was ok too. Replaced both for peace of mind, should be one of the first jobs you do upon purchase imo. I read on here one that came off at 160k,so it can and does happen!
