i managed to bend one and completly sheer another.

i had some of those pro comp shocks and managed to break 2 of them in under a year on seperate occasions. The pins on the bottom of the front shocks kept sheering off. wasnt even doing that much severe off roading on them.

Cant see why jubilee clips would cause any problems. chances are theyd break before any part of the landy, but obviously not the best solution. ino people who have done it as a tempary solution and never hear of any problems. No you shouldnt have any problems with the props, the length change...

If by cheap you mean getting a britpart one DONT!!! i bort one brand new and it was worse than the faulty one i as replacing. Didnt bleed through at all. Went a got a genuine one and worked perfectly!

have you checked all the earths for everything?? just finished rebuilding a 90 and when i was doing the electrics had all sorts of whacky problems where things wernt earthing great.
