    back door not locking

The back door in my 300tdi 90 hasn't locked for a while so I bought a new back door lock assembly and new barrel. Fitted it fine, locked fine outside the vehicle, but when it's in it won't lock. The key turns about a quarter of a turn each way but that's all. I'm baffled as to how it can not be...

no right hand sidelights or dash light

Hi, thanks for the advice! The problem sort of..disappeared. I removed and checked all the fuses (all fine) and after that it worked so maybe one was loose for some reason. Thanks again though :)

no right hand sidelights or dash light

Hi everyone, Just found a problem today - trying to replace driver's side front sidelight and it blew its fuse. Replaced the fuse and now neither front or back sidelights work (but brake lights do) and there is no dash illumination (the gauges don't light up and no headlight warning light but...

Hi all, just a quick question - I want a rear step and was thinking of going for something like this GTS001 - Twin Tow Step in Black has anyone got one and can they vouch for it? and if you do, how did you go about fitting it? i can see that it bolts onto the bumper behind the tow bar...

    outside cargo solutions..?

hi all, In June I'm going to Wales for a week with a few mates in my 90, there'll be three of them in the back. Obviously, this will be quite cramped, and most of them are around 6 foot. this is just about manageable, but with bags as well it could be a pain. I was wondering if anyone...

loose and wobbly feel when driving

hi all, Just a quick query about a 90. Obviously landys aren't the most smooth of vehicles, but i'm fairly sure mine has started being more and more shaky and "loose feeling" for a few months, nothing worrying but it's pretty annoying. I've read that it can be down to bushes and stuff, also...

    identifying parts on my landy...

hi everyone, just a quick ask for some experts who might know the names and reasons for the existence of a few parts. i've attached the photos, the first is the rear door strut which is bent and makes a loud CRACK when the door is opened past 90 degrees from the body, is there a part number...

advice on connections to the battery?

a thought has just struck me...i've been thinking about this all wrong. Am I right in thinking that a bus bar attaches to the battery and accessories can be attached to the connectors in the middle of it? If so then that's what I need

advice on connections to the battery?

i've done a diagram on paint of what i think you mean, is that right? And I need the radio on a permanent live so it keeps its memory

advice on connections to the battery?

ahh thanks jamesmartin that looks perfect! it doesn't appear to have a connection for one big lead though, looks more like there's one for each new powered item... and ratty that looks good but was thinking of something with a bit more space, i only have a couple of 55w spots and a radio atm so...

advice on connections to the battery?

hi everyone, as you can see in the attached picture, my radio permanent live and spotlights are connected straight to my battery. obviously, this isn't an ideal situation but I couldn't think of anything better at the time. can anyone suggest something a bit tidier (and safer) to connect...

seat runners - how to remove rail from guide?

hi, as the title says, i'd like to know how to separate (and how to re-assemble) the seat frame which bolts to the seat box from the runners which allow the seat to move for'd and back. The tubes that the seat sits on are removed from the runners so it's just the sliding part which i need to...
