hello i have a 54 reg td4 50300 miles been serviced, now the problem is when sitting at junc/lights the idle pulses only very slightly, on pulling away car feels like its going to cut out(lack of fuel?) dip clutch and its all fine then and away you go, on normal driving at road speeds...

hello can anyone tell me if a injector pump from a td4 can be removed without the special tool (lrt12/178)??? does this pump need to be locked like the L series ones???? cheers

push it to one side or push both ends in and lift

about 10 years ago i worked for a company as a courier, one of the blokes there over filled a 6 week old merc van and it buggered the engine, dont know by how much but i wouldn't risk it

went out at 3 this morning and played about with it lol thats what i like nice easy fix problems :D

hello just put an engine and box into a 54 reg td4 used the clutch master cylinder from the replacement engine so didnt have to reconnect it to slave but went to floor so i changed it with the one off the engine i had just removed, i know it was a good working unit but still hits floor, will...

hello spoke to the shop again and he called a mech he knows who works on landy's he said good standard gearbox oil will be fine, mtf only stands for man trans fluid so i'm going to give that a try cheers again guys
