Try diesel rhino,I was having the same starting problems and thought i would need to get the injectors sorted but after reading good reports i decided to give it a try and wow what a difference starts straight away and now has loads more power and fuel economy is improved too.

I've just started using diesel rhino in mine too and the starting problems have disappeared and I'm getting better fuel economy, i will be buying another bottle and I was using millers and 2 stroke before.

But its the same spec as the stuff i bought last year from somewhere else and I'm not prejudice :)

I've just fitted a new VCU and it seems tighter more braking effect than the old one so I don't think thats a reliable way to tell if it's goosed.

Re-fitted my propshaft with new VCU and bearings new front prop, drives a lot better now.

Bought a new GKN VCU so I can get the prop shaft back on.

I was caught out by that screw when I was servicing the engine and left the cover off to try it out.

After I had a second hand IRD fitted I thought that the engine seems to be revving higher at 70mph but not sure what revs its doing will have to look next time, I'm not sure if its an IRD from an earlier car pre 2000 that had different gearing.

is there a screw in the hole on the left hand side of the engine cover as the hole goes right through into the rocker cover and thats where it looks like the oil is coming from in your picture.

Got it through MOT needed a brake pipe and the handbrake sorting cost £150 including test fee.
