    P38A Steering adjustment

Guys, I have an advisory on my drag link, but my thinking is I might as well change the link and rod in one hit. Any reason why I can't take the complete link and rod off in one piece, adjust the replacement to the same length of the old one and fit the new one? I was looking to keep the...

P38A Anyone on here got my old P38?

I was wondering what happened to my old P38. I part-xed it in 2012 for a newer model. I was looking on the DVLA site today and it is showing as taxed and MOT'd until April next year. It was so reliable and never let me down, so it's nice to know it's still going. The reg is N707 DFR.

P38A Where is the water coming in?

After suffering exactly the same problem, doing what you guys have and ending up changing my "O" rings, it just so happened that I had to have my windscreen replaced due to a large crack. Whilst the guy was taking the old one out we found that the old windscreen sealant had not sealed around...

    Evoque Are they any good?

My misses called me a superficial ponce when I said I wanted to buy a P38. However, as soon as she got in it, she loved it. She loves the ride and the ability to see over everyone's front gardens!! Posh Spice, that miserable excuse for a woman, was involved with Ejoke interior design - that's...

    P38A top tinted windscreen

Just had mine replaced. Looks exactly the same as the manufacturers one and it came with the heated screen element. £75 excess. Mind you my screen was for a P38, so not sure about P39's!!!

P38A Replacing the Scuttle Filter and Upper Windscreen Clips.

Thanks Adam, I just looked up the clips and it comes up with the clips for the lower screen. I need the upper. (The repairer gave me brand new lower trim and clips, so once I replace the filter that will go on) Cheers

P38A Replacing the Scuttle Filter and Upper Windscreen Clips.

I have just had a new windscreen fitted and whilst watching it being done I noticed the filter in the scuttle has disintegrated and a couple of the upper windscreen clips are knackered. Does anyone know where I can get replacements, or what the part no's are? I cant see anything RAVE. Has...

    P38 Camshaft

I had a misfire on my '95 old 4.6 HSE, one that you could just hear, but it caused lumpy running and affected the gear changing at around 55mph. It was the camshaft, one of the pear shaped lobes had worn down to nothing which meant the exhaust gases in one chamber were not being ejected because...

    Exhaust advice

Guys, I'm after some advice. One of my rear boxes has blown so I am going to replace both boxes and the middle bit. The fronts have already been done. Buying the parts from Island doing it myself works out only £50 cheaper than having it done by Mr Exhaust. Plus at the moment I am incapatated...

    "O" Rings!!!! Don't think so.

Well, first thing this morning, got going on finding and resolving my leak problem. First I checked the a/c vents just in case they were blocked and they were fine. So after taking vent tubes off, drilling holes and other bits an bobs, I could see the pipe ends and the clamp. I gave the...
