Top of expansion tank cracked?

I trust that's a diagnosis rather than suggested fix ;) I'd try and get it on a diagnosis machine... and probably at a different garage to the one you've been using so far...

Need intermediate section and centre section but would consider complete if available. Happy for MS if it's in good condition. Can't really justify a full S/S at the moment... but may have no choice :S Anyone got anything?

Ok, so dumb question... Is it worth replacing with a s/s middle and back section? The rest of it is pretty fekking rusty and will get holes soon if it doesn't already.

So amongst the various issues with my FL1... there's a noisy rattle. Most prevalent when warm and when accelerating but seems to be there even on tick over. Someone has said it's serious engine issues whereas to me it sounds genuinely like a tinny rattle... and from somewhere around the middle...

:confused::confused::confused: works fine for me on iPhone and an iPad. I searched for "search" and just found a load of posts by EBT... :flame: (And if it didn't work then it'd be a client issue, not server ;))

You've just saved me a bunch of time - on the (long) to do list is replace the PoS head unit that the owner before me put in. Would want something that works with the steering controls... out of interest would it also control the 6CD Alpine changer and work with the Harmon Kardon amp that I've...

Ok, so all done. 6 plugs replaced. All coils checked. Still getting a misfire on cyl 2. Have swapped the coil with a different one and the fault didn't move so there's defo something there. Have also got a "misfire at low fuel level" which is odd as there's loads of fuel. Will have to start...

Today I actually just drove it... First time since i got it about 4 weeks ago. All sorts of light flashing and the exhaust is rattling somewhere around the middle. But good to actually go places.

Did you get to the bottom of this bukko? I have very similar symptoms.

Oh and fitted a tow bar.

Finished testing the coils - all seem to be OK. Finished plugs. Got sump guard off (easy!) Found mini ratchet. Fitted new inlet manifold chamber and reattached all the miscellaneous gubbins. Went to start... and... FIRST TIME. Get in. Still sounds lumpy :S Let it run, changed the oil and...
