Mine just been doing this and it turns out to be the alarm pack under the passenger side cover under dash. I have to turn off the ignition press the button on my key fob acouple times and then start the truck again and its fine. Tends to happen when hitting bumps or someone taps it with theyre feet.

Theres a chap on here mate that made his own crossmember hes even got a thread on it somewhere as I was looking at it myself. He tacked a length of metal between rear door frame to hold the shape while doing the work. Good luck mate

My discovery 300tdi is being a pain in the arse. Reason is when I lock the car via fob or key it unlocks again instantly it will do this about 4-5 times if not more, sometimes I can be out there 10 mins or more trying to get it to lock. Its the same using the key or the fob,unlocking isnt a...

Wahay new key fob just arrived so il hopefully get that working today. Just to check then if I take the motherboard out with the battery still attached then I wont have to resync or anything just plug n go lol.

Na thats what I thought. Hopefully il get the fob out the way then find a decent set of extended brake lines and a new pair of 2" rear springs then happy days. Off to the plains I think lol

Ah even better then. I s0oke to somebody at fosstec and he tried charging me £50 to reprogramme a fob due to him saying its need s reprogrammibg or it wouldnt work lol. Happy days just need to wait for my new fob to arrive.

Just ordered a new case so when it arrives il take the guts out of mine then fit them in the new case then re sync the fob. Is that correct?
